Sales & Purchase
Users can create Requirements, Quotes, Offers, Sales Orders (SO), and Purchase Orders (PO). SOs and POs progress through various stages such as “New,” “Approved,” “Shipped,” or “Received” (partially or fully). SOs and POs can be generated from Offers, Requirements, and Quotes, and this conversion is stored as a record for future reference in reports. The system supports adding multiple lines to these documents; each SO or PO can have multiple lines. Each document includes options for generating PDFs, calculating prices and taxes, uploading documents, and logs user activity.
Stock & Allocation
The Stock & Allocation module manages the allocation of inventory to Sales Orders (SO) and links SOs with stock and POs. This module establishes a complete chain of linkage from SOs to stock to POs and invoices.
Sourcing
The Sourcing module provides a detailed view of part number details across various documents. It allows system users to track where specific part numbers have been used, including how many SOs, requirement quotes, offers, POs, and invoices have been created by whom against each part number.
Bulk Upload
The Bulk Upload feature allows users to upload access and requirements in bulk from CSV files. It supports uploading thousands of lines at once for specific customers and tracks the status of each uploaded record as processed or analyzed.
Reporting
The Reporting feature provides detailed views such as user logs, gross profit reports, monthly reports of SOs, POs, and invoices, as well as closed, open, and canceled deals. Reports are presented in a visually appealing graphical format.
Role-Based Access
The system implements role-based access control, ensuring that not everyone can access all features. Modules are restricted by user roles and permissions, allowing only users with specific roles and permissions to use a particular module.
Setting Dynamic Values
The Setting Dynamic Values panel allows the system to add dynamic values for dropdowns. This feature ensures that dropdown values are not hardcoded; instead, many values in the system come from the Setting panel, allowing for dynamic updates.
Ship & Receive
The Ship & Receive module manages all shipments, whether sent or received, by specific roles. It handles invoices, payments, and the creation of PDF documents, while also managing related stock. A Quality Assurance stage ensures that received items undergo detailed QA checks.
AI-Driven Alerts and Notifications System
Our AI system generates alerts and notifications tailored to different roles within the organization. It ensures that users are promptly informed about critical steps, such as missing parts or potential urgent parts (hot parts). Additionally, the system allows users to search for reports and interact using natural language, making communication with the system intuitive and efficient.
